All our items are shipped out separately unless you buy two or more of the same thing.

If an item is listed as FREE you only have to pay for the shipping cost to your location, if you buy two or more of the item there is a discount on the shipping for the second, third… item.

If you buy a number items which are mixed between the FREE items and paid items the same above principles apply

You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase or by clicking the Track Order tab. You can also contact us directly at otopstorethailand@gmail.com to check the status of your order.

After an order has been placed, it’s immediately sent to one of our four fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 5-7 business days. Below are the expected delivery times.
