How much does shipping cost?
Our general shipping is Thailand Post/USPS Shipping rate is Free shipping

When will my order ship?
Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 5-7 business days to process before shipping. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed by our warehouse the following business day.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International rates & delivery times vary depending on your shipping service of choice and additional taxes and duties that may be charged by Customs.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.
Lost package?

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

– Secured International Airmail with Thailand Post Free shipping 7 – 10 business days(EMS-World Express)(weight >  2.1kg)
*Estimated delivery time is from the date order ships. Please note we cannot ship to Russia at this time.

TAXES & DUTIES
Why am I being charged international duties and/or taxes?
International shipments are sometimes subject to special duties and fees that vary by country. At this time, we’re unable to collect payment for international duties and fees at checkout, so you may be required to pay them separately when your order is cleared through customs. We know this is not ideal, and are actively working to provide a better experience for our international customers. Should you choose not to pay or pick up your package, it will be returned to us which can take several weeks. Once the item is received and checked back into our system we will issue a refund.
